Before I was paying $120/month for 2 lines through Verizon. I now pay a quarter of that through Mint. 💪🏼🥳 Mint uses T-Mobile’s network, so coverage is pretty decent.
Steps to transfer from Verizon to Mint Mobile:
1. Call Verizon and get your account number and your pin. Usually the rep will just text you a link that you click on, which will display a page with both of these numbers. Both of these numbers will work for ALL of your lines that you are transferring.
2. Verizon will NOT tell you that you'll need to unlock your number. 😐 You'll need to do this by going here on Verizon Wireless: https://myvpostpay.verizon.com/ui/acc...
3. Then sign up for Mint Mobile (get a discount by using my above coupon code link), download the Mint App, click on the ESim card link they email you, and follow the easy instructions.
TIP: if your iPhone is still showing Verizon under your iPhone’s Cellular settings, then you’ll have to reset your network settings. (Just rebooting doesn’t work) I show in the video how to reset your iphone’s network settings. #mintmobile #verizon #tutorial #promocode xdw
