Spanish Eyes, track 10 of the Backstreet Boys 1999 Millennium album was written by Andrew Fromm and Sandy Linzer in 1998. It was recorded at both Parc Studios in Orlando, Florida and defunct Battery Studios in New York City, NY in December 1998 (as shown in video) and in January 1999.
Here is a clip of a studio session from late December 1998 of the Backstreet Boys recording vocals for it at Parc Studios. One really gets to hear the raw, unfinished version of the track that later came out in May 1999.
