ChatGPT wrote Pandas code to analyze US debt. Was it any good?
Every week, I take a different topic from the news, find a relevant public data set, and ask readers to answer questions about that data set using Pandas. I call it Bamboo Weekly (https://BambooWeekly.substack.com/).
This past week, I decided to do something different: I asked readers to have ChatGPT write the Pandas for them. And... it mostly succeeded!
In this video, I go through the questions that I posed, and show you what ChatGPT did — for good, and for bad. We look at the code it produced, and see what sorts of adjustments help it to answer our questions correctly. Or to try to answer them correctly.
