Butter 100 g
Kefir (yogurt) 150 ml
Egg 1 pc
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla or vanilla sugar to taste
Salt to taste

For lubrication:
Yolk 1 pc
Milk 1 tsp

Optional sesame or other stuffing ~50 g

Bake at 180° ~ 20 minutes. Baking time and temperature will vary depending on the oven.
