5+3★ Armed Hoshino (Offensive) / 4★ Natsu / 3★ Ui / 4★ Kayoko
5+2★ Himari / 5+1★ Ako

Strat :
Start with Ui on Hoshino,
Wait for Cost 9 before casting Kayoko, otherwise she will move forward and thus be targeted by the minions on the left and the boss' beam.
Wait for the boss to use launch his beam before using Natsu.

Wait for Hoshino's NS to down the shiny minion, then use Hoshino, followed by Ako and Himari, Kayoko on Natsu (as her buff on Hoshino is still active), and finish the rotation with Hoshino again.

Ui again, Natsu and Kayoko on Hoshino.

Wait for the boss to summon his minions again, then wait for the shiny one on the left to make his 4th step before lauching the rotation. The exact same as earlier : Hoshino, Ako, Himari, Kayoko on Natsu and Hoshino.

Natsu, Ui, Kayoko on Hoshino.
Wait for groggy. You can launch the rotation while the boss is summoning his minions for a little faster clearing time, but since the minions move fast they are easily missable.
Hoshino, Ako and Himari.
Wait for cost 4.5 before using Kayoko on Hoshino. Wait for Hoshino's SS before casting her skill again. And then Ui before second phase. You can also use Natsu now or wait for second phase, just be careful not to cancel her NS (small atk buff but still good to have).

Second Phase, just wait for cost 9 before launching the final rotation.
Hoshino on the shiny minion, Ako, Himari and Hoshino again.
You can wait for the minion to come back to right side for extra damage but it will take a bit more time.

I suppose you can defeat the boss before second phase if you farm crits, lvl up Kayoko's UE to 40 and give Hoshino extra stats. (From my many tries, I can theoretically down the boss to 2M HP left before second phase.)
