Das mobile Sandstrahlgerät (Druckstrahlgerät) wurde speziell dafür entwickelt mobil, also vor Ort, sandstrahlen zu können. Beispielsweise für Nachbeschriftungen und feine klein flächige Gravuren / Fotogravuren. Ebenso kann es auch als Upgrade an jeder herkömmlichen Sandstrahlanlage angebracht werden, um die Produktivität deutlich zu steigern. Das Volumen des Behälters ist 5l und bietet genügend Volumen für circa 10kg Strahlmittel.
Zum Einfüllen des Sandstrahlgutes haben wir einen großen und stabilen Trichter verbaut, der Platz für eine Füllung des Druckbehälters liefert. Für den mobilen Betrieb kann ein Akkukompressor genutzt werden. In Verbindung mit der 1,6mm Strahldüse haben wir hiermit erfolgreich den Milwaukee M18 Akku-Kompressor testen können.

Dieses Gerät wird mit einem automatischen Ablassventil ausgeliefert, um den Druck aus dem Behälter schnellstmöglich entweichen zu lassen. Dies verhindert ein "Nachlaufen" des Strahlmittels in den Strahlschlauch und ermöglicht Ihnen dadurch ein schnelleres und sauberes Arbeiten.
