The first build gives +5% haste effect for 5 seconds after setting a trap, when paired with the setting tools which increases your trap setting speed, it allows you to use your traps offensively in chase successfully.

The second build lets you have all 8 of your traps on you from the start, at the cost of not being able to move any of the traps when set. If you run this new purple bag with the iri stone which makes your traps reset after 30 seconds, you can effectively keep strong loops locked down and work against the survivors.
