Gov. Charlie Baker is joining forces with House Speaker Roebrt DeLeo and the Boston’s Mayor Marty Walsh to oppose the full legalization of marijuana. The issue is likely to be on the November ballot and voters will be able to decide if pot should be allowed for recreational use.
