The Vector in Delta Force Hawk Ops has an insane fire rate of 1091rpm, dealing 20 damage a shot. The weapon is fairly controllable recoil and respectable range for what it is. It's a very rough weapon to use at the start because of the 17 round mags, but once you unlock the 30 rounder the weapon becomes much more viable. I really recommend to use weapon XP tokens to get passed that if you don't want to torture yourself :D
