You already know, (right?) that eating more plants in your diet can help you be healthier and live longer. So, women of experience, even though many studies have proven this, maybe you love meat and chicken and dairy and lots of other foods, too. Meet "The Plant-Powered Dietician," Sharon Palmer, who's got it goin' on when it comes to how to make that change from too much meat to more plants in your diet. I mean, they're delicious, they look great on your plate, and they even cost less than meat and poultry. Right now that's appreciated at the grocery store. It's probably not logical to eat less meat and go "cold turkey," (No pun intended!) but if you SLOWLY incorporate more plants, you'll find that in time, you'll be loving plants as much as meat. Plus consider the benefits to your cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, and maybe even stabilize your blood sugar.
