Kleinpösna ist ein Ortsteil der Stadt Leipzig im Nordosten des Freistaats Sachsen. Es liegt im östlichen Stadtgebiet von Leipzig zwischen dem Zentrum (ca. 16 km) und Grimma (ca. 21 km).
Die Jakobuskirche in Kleinpösna wurde im 19. Jahrhundert (1852, 1892) errichtet, die Baumeister und Architekten waren Albert Geutebrück und Paul Lange.
