As can be seen from the collage model, in the frontal projection there is a huge variety of armor thicknesses, but the strength of the armor plates does not fall below 75 millimeters, which is very serious, because even heavy classmates cannot boast of such armor.

Moreover, the British medium tank Matilda has a large number of bevels and slopes in the front of the hull and turret, that is, in many areas the armor exceeds 75 mm, and in some places the adjustment even reaches 150 millimeters.
Our sides are also well protected, their thickness at right angles is 40 millimeters, and in addition to this, there is a huge 20 mm screen along each side. All this suggests that Matilda World of Tanks, positioning the side at a good angle, can perfectly withstand a blow, and we are also perfectly protected from any enemy machine gun weapons.

So, our armor perfectly protects us from classmates and lower-level vehicles, but Matilda WoT is still afraid of fifth and even sixth level vehicles, we need to behave carefully with such opponents, we can’t go out against them thoughtlessly.

However, having such serious security, we have to sacrifice something and we pay in full for our survival in driving characteristics. The Matilda tank received a small maximum speed, our dynamics are completely disgusting and our maneuverability is also weak.

Our armor is good, but the Matilda’s weapons deserve even more respect, since the gun has virtually no weaknesses.

First of all, it is worth noting the excellent penetration rates, because the Matilda’s gun, even with an ordinary armor-piercing projectile, can easily deal damage even to heavy tanks of the fifth level. Only to fight some sixes you need to have gold subcalibers with you.

Regarding firepower, the Matilda tank has very low one-time damage, but at the same time our rate of fire is very high, due to which the DPM is approximately 1570 units, of course, this is not very much, but quite worthy.

The accuracy indicators will not disappoint you either, since Matilda World of Tanks boasts a compact dispersion circle, very fast aiming, and only the stabilization of our gun is poor.
