For starters, the IS-3's gun has very powerful one-time damage for level eight, and despite the mediocre rate of fire, you will be able to deal about 1,760 units of damage per minute without equipment or perks.

The penetration rates of our gun are also worthy of respect; the IS-3 tank can confidently fight even with dozens, but only on condition that you target vulnerable areas in the enemy’s armor. Otherwise, especially for confrontations with other heavies, it is better to have some “gold” with you and our ammunition is very modest, do not forget about it.

The problems begin as soon as you pay attention to the accuracy of the weapons. The IS-3 World of Tanks had at its disposal a typical oblique destructor, which has a large spread, a very long convergence, and poor stabilization.

Moreover, the vertical aiming angles in this case will also make few people happy, because the IS-3 heavy tank World of Tanks is capable of lowering the gun by only 5 degrees, which makes it difficult to play against the terrain and causes a lot of inconvenience from time to time.
