How does it work exactly?
Using this system, manure is removed directly from your stable. The separator divides the manure.
You can then use the viscous fraction for organic bedding.
The thin fraction flows to the Nitrogen Cracker. Here the manure evaporates and as a result, all the harmful ammonia is extracted.
The gas that remains is extremely valuable. Because, by adding acid to this gas,
the gas transforms into your very own fertiliser! This means that you have to spend far less on buying in fertiliser.
The Nitrogen Cracker is a circular solution for processing manure as well as for reducing
ammoniacal nitrogen by up to 80%.
